We love our customers and we want to make sure you love your Be Still purchase. If you're ready to part ways, please return the item(s) in its original condition (unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and free of makeup) within 15 days of the purchase date. Items MUST still have tag!
All beauty, jewelry, hats, accessories, and sale items are final sale.
As of April 1st, 2024, refunds will be issued as store credit. This helps insure that we provide you with new products often!
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Be sure to include your purchase invoice or invoice number.
Returns will be processed within 1-3 days once the return is received.
Exchanges- Since we are unable to guarantee your item and size will be in stock we recommend returning your item(s) for a full refund.
