Refund policy

 

We love our customers and we want to make sure you love your Be Still purchase. If you're ready to part ways, please return the item(s) in its original condition (unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and free of makeup) within 14 days of the purchase date. Items MUST have tag & reciept must be present in order to find your purchase.

All beauty, jewelry, hats, accessories, and sale items are final sale due to hygienic reasons. Items that have been damaged AFTER leaving the store will not be accepted.

As of April 1st 2024, refunds will be issued in the form of STORE CREDIT. This allows us to provide new items for our customers more frequently. As a small business, we try to be as flexible as we can because we understand that things don't always work out perfectly. Thank you for understanding!!

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Be sure to include your invoice number. 

Exchanges- Since we are unable to guarantee your item and size will be in stock we recommend returning your item(s) for a store credit.
